Healing House Natural Laundry Powder is handmade without Fels Naptha or any harsh chemicals. It's finely ground specifically for use in cold water but works great in all temperatures. Gentle on the environment, your fabrics, your skin, your septic system and your wallet. A perfect choice for a greener, more natural home and excellent for those with sensitivities. It leaves clothes clean, fresh and soft. No need for added softeners but perfect to use with vinegar added to the rinse cycle. (never use vinegar on laundry that has just been bleached)
Add 1/2 to 1 Tablespoon to your standard top loading washer (or your wash tub if hand washing) just before adding your laundry. For heavily soiled items, add 2 Tablespoons ... work clothes, gym socks and animal bedding comes out super clean and smelling fresh. For delicates, add 1 teaspoon before adding laundry. Silks, lace, diapers come out clean with no harsh chemicals or residue.
2 cups of laundry powder equals 32 tablespoons.
It also makes an excellent spot remover. Just use a pinch, add a little water to make a paste and rub into stained area. Allow to set for 10 minutes and wash.
